Kirsten is an experienced international management consultant and facilitator with expertise in leadership, talent and organisational development as well as Lean processes and strategy implementation. Kirsten is internationally acknowledged as an expert on mentoring, designing and delivering mentoring programmes within organisations as well as open programmes. Also, she is the author of severals books on mentoring – the latest “Developing Successful Diversity Mentoring Programmes” on McGraw Hill in July 2012. She is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), former president of EMCC Denmark and business partner of the International Cross-Mentoring Program centered in Luxembourg.
Formerly, Nordic HR Director at SAP, Kirsten is the founder (2000) and director of the consulting company KMP+. She is passionate about constantly improving people and business processes and has developed concepts and tools for Lean implementation and people development. She is a recognised speaker at international events having spoken at the ASTD conference in USA many times.  Kirsten is fluent in English, Spanish and Scandinavian.

I am fascinated by the challenge of designing and delivering development processes that acknowledge the tension between individual goals and organizational goals.
